Emma Naismith

Director

Born in Ireland, Emma has been based in Spain since 2001. She has also lived in Ireland, the UK, Latin America, Australia and the US. She has 20 years’ experience in international marketing, business development, project and disability management.

Emma has been working with Caroline since 2011. She managed the Telefónica Ability Awards national inclusive business programme from 2011 to 2015. She has been involved in disability audits with key global clients and in developing international partnerships.

Emma co-founded Binc and is responsible for managing the company's disability strategy.
